Anusandhan Trust is a public charitable trust registered under The Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 and The Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 2010. The Centre for Enquiry into Health and Allied Themes (CEHAT) Mumbai, engaged in social and public health research and policy advocacy is looking for a Director to lead the institution, and manage its activities.
CEHAT (www.cehat.org) established in 1994, is a research centre of Anusandhan Trust (www.anusandhantrust.org) that undertakes research on health and related themes; provides education and training; initiates intervention and participates in advocacy efforts on relevant issues.
CEHAT, located in Mumbai, is engaged in several projects covering research on health systems and services, access of survivors of gender-based violence to healthcare, health finance, gender and medical education, ethics and health and human rights.

Salary is commensurate with qualification and experience. The salary includes social security benefits. This is a term-bound position for a period of three years extendable up to six years at the discretion of the Trust.
Please note that the selected individual will maximally work from the Mumbai office of CEHAT. This position requires considerable outstation planned travel.
