kept in the OPD. The reply is given to the complaint after proper
investigation. Medical Superidentend, Deputy Medical Superidentend, Senior
Medical Officer and Matron attend oral grievances of patients immediately
during rounds. Hospital in charge committee members take monthly rounds during which
they enquired about the patient’s satisfaction and quality of services imparted
by the hospital staff.
