Ø      Grievance redressal system: Patients can drop their complaints in the complaint box in the OPD or register their complaints in the complain book and also contact the administrative officer on duty

Ø      Cheap and reasonable places are available for the relatives to stay near your hospital

Ø      Monetary concessions are available for BMC employees and poor patients by approaching the Medical Social Worker /Community Development Officer.

Ø      The Social Worker interview’s the patients and then the concession is sanctioned by Community Development Officer, Medical Officer /Assistant Medical Officer for patients who require surgery/radiological investigations. The patients have to provide their ration card and details of family income for the same.

Ø      Priority reservations for patients from outside Mumbai: Appointments for investigations/surgery are avoided & patients are provided treatment/surgery as early as possible.
