While discussing these aspects different exercises were undertaken to discuss principles and values of feminist counseling. The next day focused on CEHAT’s experience of engaging with the public hospitals in Mumbai to change their practices with respect to sexual violence and bring about a gender sensitive care for rape survivors. An exposure trip was also undertaken to the  Dilaasa center to understand model and referrals done from Dilaasa.

Last day focused on practical issues related to implementation of laws such as POCSO , challenges with respect to age of consent for engaging in sexual activity , concerns related to mandatory reporting and the like . Simulation exercises were carried out where participants got an opportunity to actually use the skills acquired in training for counselling survivors.
