Private Health Sector In India, Annotated Bibliography

This compilation of annotations are part of a larger study undertaken "Critical review and documentation of studies on the private health sector in India" sponsored by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MOHFW), Government of India and funded by the World Bank, New Delhi.

There were three institutions that collaborated in the study, Centre for Enquiry into Health and Allied Themes (Mumbai), Indian Institute of Technology (Chennai) and Jawaharlal Nehru University (New Delhi) each covering a specific geographical area.

A book has been published that includes three papers that spell out policy options towards India's private sector and also contains an annotated bibliography of selected studies on the private health sector in India.
